Things to Note About Each Package

  • Each bookkeeping package will be billed as a monthly flat fee.

  • The amount of time it takes to complete the bookkeeping services is based on the total # of monthly transactions that have to be processed.

  • This amount could vary month to month.

  • Any additional work that falls outside of the scope of each package will be billed at an hourly rate of $50/hr.

  • The receipt capture feature within QBO that helps streamline the process of recording expenses. You can take a photo of a receipt, upload it to your QBO account, and it’ll then create an expense record for it in the system.

Things to Note About Add-On Services

  • These one-time services are billed on an hourly basis.

  • I'm primarily experienced with and will process all bookkeeping transactions through QuickBooks Online.

  • Need access to one of your document storage accounts (i.e. Google Drive, Dropbox, etc). This is to store all invoices, receipts, financial reports, etc.

  • Consultation fee of $50/hr will be applied to an additional business needs to be assesses (not limited to):

    • Creating invoices, paying bills, applying cash, other advisory services, etc.

Here are your next steps:

  • Schedule a FREE 30-min phone/video conversation to determine your business needs.

  • Fill out the Client Onboarding Workbook via Google Form.

  • After agreeing on a plan & rates, invoices will be sent through PayPal or QBO. Rates are in USD.

  • A 50% deposit is required before I perform my bookkeeping services.
