  • We will work together to get your business set up your business on QuickBooks Online (QBO).

  • I will upload and categorize all of your business transactions in the correct expense categories.

  • I will reconcile your business bank accounts and credit cards on a monthly basis.

  • I will create & provide financial statements at the beginning of each month to asses the previous month's progress.

  • We will review the financial health of your business together on a monthly basis.

$250-$400 / month

    • This option is ideal for expanding medspas, studios, or growing wellness businesses.

    • People who want to understand their numbers, and highlight the progress they’re making from scaling their business.

    • Examples: Medspas, yoga studios, wellness clinics (5–20 employees, $300K–$2M revenue).

    • Everything listed in the Level 1 package

    • Up to ~300 transactions/month

    • Accounts payable/receivable tracking

    • Quarterly performance summary or KPI report

    • Monthly review call (30 min)

    • People who want to focus on getting their books in order and the financial basics right.

    • Examples: Solo estheticians, yoga teachers, small spa owners (1–3 employees, <$300K revenue).

    • Monthly bookkeeping (up to ~100 transactions/month)

    • Up to ~600 transactions/month

    • Multi-location or departmental reporting

    • Monthly strategy meeting (60 min)

    • Liaison with CPA for tax filing

Things to Note About Each Package

  • Each bookkeeping package will be billed as a monthly flat fee.

  • The amount of time it takes to complete the bookkeeping services is based on the total # of monthly transactions that have to be processed.

  • This amount could vary month to month.

  • Any additional work that falls outside of the scope of each package will be billed at an hourly rate of $50/hr.

  • The receipt capture feature within QBO that helps streamline the process of recording expenses. You can take a photo of a receipt, upload it to your QBO account, and it’ll then create an expense record for it in the system.

Set Up Fee

$50 / hour

Need help setting up your bookkeeping?

    • 1-2 hours per session

    • Assess / diagnose how much data needs to be cleaned up.

    • Analyze the total # of transactions that need to be classified.

    • Review the current chart of accounts.

    • Discuss what the desired end result should be.

Diagnostic Review

$50 / hour

Do your books need to be reviewed?

    • 5-8 hours per session

    • Create a QBO account for your business.

    • Connect bank accounts via bank feed, OR upload a list of bank transactions.

    • Set up a chart of accounts.

    • Classify transactions.

    • Reconcile bank & credit card accounts.

Clean Up Fee

$50 / hour

Need help someone to clean up your books?

    • Hours may vary

    • Reclassify all of the transactions (revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, etc.).

    • Data will be cleaned up by one month at a time.

    • Conduct final review of the data.

    • Review previous financial statements.

Things to Note About Add-On Services

  • These one-time services are billed on an hourly basis.

  • I'm primarily experienced with and will process all bookkeeping transactions through QuickBooks Online.

  • Need access to one of your document storage accounts (i.e. Google Drive, Dropbox, etc). This is to store all invoices, receipts, financial reports, etc.

  • Consultation fee of $50/hr will be applied to an additional business needs to be assesses (not limited to):

    • Creating invoices, paying bills, applying cash, other advisory services, etc.

  • After agreeing on a plan & rates, invoices will be sent through PayPal or QBO. Rates are in USD.

  • A 50% deposit is required before I perform my bookkeeping services.
