Things to Note:

Each bookkeeping package will be billed as a monthly flat fee.

The amount of time it takes to complete the bookkeeping services is based on the total # of monthly transactions that have to be processed.

This amount could vary month to month.

Any additional work that falls outside of the scope of each package will be billed at an hourly rate of $50/hr.

The receipt capture feature within QBO that helps streamline the process of recording expenses. You can take a photo of a receipt, upload it to your QBO account, and it’ll then create an expense record for it in the system.

Assess / diagnose how much data needs to be cleaned up.

Reclassify all of the transactions (revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, etc.).

Data will be cleaned up by one month at a time.

Conduct final review of the data.

Review previous financial statements.

These one-time services are billed on an hourly basis.

I'm primarily experienced with and will process all bookkeeping transactions through QuickBooks Online.

Need access to one of your document storage accounts (i.e. Google Drive, Dropbox, etc). This is to store all invoices, receipts, financial reports, etc.

Consultation fee of $50/hr will be applied to an additional business needs to be assesses (not limited to):

Creating invoices, paying bills, applying cash, other advisory services, etc.
