$250/month

(approx. 5 hrs / mo.)

  • This is typically a business that has approx. 1-500 transactions per mo.

  • Self-employed 1099 contractors can fall within this category.

  • Examples: Photographers, make-up artists, graphic designers, etc.​

Medium
Businesses

$500/month

(approx. 10 hrs / mo.)

  • This is typically a business that has approx. 500-1000 transactions per mo.

  • Companies with 1-50 employees can fall within this category.

  • Examples: Daycares, florists, drop-shipping businesses, cleaning services, etc.

Large
Businesses

$1,000/month

(approx. 20 hrs / mo.)

  • This is typically a business that has approx. 1000+ transactions per mo.

  • Companies with 50+ employees can fall within this category.

  • Examples: Caterers, boutiques, event planners, venues, retail stores, etc.

Things to Note:

  • Each bookkeeping package will be billed as a monthly flat fee.

  • The amount of time it takes to complete the bookkeeping services is based on the total # of monthly transactions that have to be processed.

  • This amount could vary month to month.

  • Any additional work that falls outside of the scope of each package will be billed at an hourly rate of $50/hr.

  • The receipt capture feature within QBO that helps streamline the process of recording expenses. You can take a photo of a receipt, upload it to your QBO account, and it’ll then create an expense record for it in the system.

  • Create a QBO account for your business.

  • Connect bank accounts via bank feed, OR upload a list of bank transactions.

  • Set up a chart of accounts.

  • Classify transactions.

  • Reconcile bank & credit card accounts.​

Diagnostic
Review

$50/hour

(1-2 hrs per session)

  • Assess / diagnose how much data needs to be cleaned up.

  • Analyze the total # of transactions that need to be classified.

  • Review the current chart of accounts.

  • Discuss what the desired end result should be.

Clean
Up

$50/hour

(hours may vary)

  • Reclassify all of the transactions (revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, etc.).

  • Data will be cleaned up by one month at a time.

  • Conduct final review of the data.

  • Review previous financial statements.

Things to Note:

  • These one-time services are billed on an hourly basis.

  • I'm primarily experienced with and will process all bookkeeping transactions through QuickBooks Online.

  • Need access to one of your document storage accounts (i.e. Google Drive, Dropbox, etc). This is to store all invoices, receipts, financial reports, etc.

  • Consultation fee of $50/hr will be applied to an additional business needs to be assesses (not limited to):

    • Creating invoices, paying bills, applying cash, other advisory services, etc.

Here are your next steps:

  • Schedule a FREE 30-min phone/video conversation to determine your business needs.

  • Fill out the Client Onboarding Workbook via Google Form.

  • After agreeing on a plan & rates, invoices will be sent through PayPal or QBO. Rates are in USD.

  • A 50% deposit is required before I perform my bookkeeping services.
